We charge a flat shipping fee of $10 for all Australian orders. Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia.

International Orders
For orders outside Australia, shipping costs vary depending on your delivery address. Simply email us at info@milkxsoda.com and we’ll get back to you with a shipping quote and delivery options.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

·      Please contact us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

·      Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items

Please note that all sale items and items purchased using a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless faulty).

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

·      Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your provider.
