Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order or delivery, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay) via Shopify Payments. Once your payment has been approved, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Shipping (Australia)

 Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all Australian customers.

·      Free Shipping: All orders over $100 qualify for FREE standard shipping anywhere in Australia.

·      Dispatch: All orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.

International Delivery

For orders outside of Australia, we will calculate the shipping cost and advise you on delivery options based on your address. Please email us at info@milkxsoda.com for a quote.

Returns & Exchanges

·      Full-Priced Items: We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items in their original condition with tags attached. Please contact us and return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.

·      Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

·      Condition: If the item is not returned in its original condition, the return will not be accepted and the item will not be sent back to the consumer.

·      Sale Items: Items purchased using a promotion code or during a sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (unless faulty). -

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note:

·      Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

·      The total refund amount will be minus any original shipping charges.

Faulty and Damaged Goods

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by a faulty product. Please advise us immediately by emailing info@milkxsoda.com.

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your orders securely. Your details will not be shared with third parties. As our customer, you will be added to our mailing list for sales and promotions, with the option to unsubscribe included in every email.
